A Genwell doctor will review your answers from the eligibility check to assess your suitability. If treatment is prescribed, they will recommend the most suitable option for you as part of your ongoing treatment plan. If you have a preference, you will be able to select it. Please note, treatment will not be prescribed if it is not deemed suitable.

The Genwell dosing plan
Our titration schedules follow clinical guidance. Your doctor personalises your plan after your eligibility check — the overview below shows how dosing typically progresses when clinically appropriate.
Semaglutide injection — weekly
Your first 4 weeks are 10% off — applied to your starting dose.
Prices shown are inclusive of a £90 consultation fee, which is also discounted in the first 4 weeks.
6-MONTH TITRATION PLAN
Each treatment cycle is 4 weeks. Your next supply is typically during week 3 so it arrives by the final week - ready for you to continue seamlessly into the next cycle.
For those with BMI 25-27, doses will be titrated to 1.7mg; further increases will only be made based on individuals’ requests. For those switching from Mounjaro to Wegovy, we will select the most appropriate starting dose based on dosing history.
